Deluxe Wine Tours FAQ’s

 

How are you keeping us safe on tours during COVID-19?
We require masks on the van and during stops. We offer hand sanitizer and clean the bus between each tour. If you are concerned about touring with other guests, we offer Private Tours. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us!


Do I Need Reservations?
Yes, reservations are a must. You can book directly on our website booking calendar or contact us at 1 800  279-6110 or temeculawinecountryexperiences@gmail.com

Where Do You Pickup?
Pick up and Drop off for our Wine/Beer tours and classes is FREE around the Temecula/Murrieta area hotels, Pachanga and Airbnb's if you are 6 or more in a group. . If not a large group we will use the default location located at:

 

City Of Temecula Park and Ride
Just off I15 and Hwy 79 (Temecula Parkway)

For an additional fee we do offer pickup and drop off in San Diego County, Riverside County, LA County, Orange County and can be quoted on an individual basis. Please contact us for pricing. 

How Long Is The Tour?
We pickup for our deluxe wine tours at 11:00 a.m.and typically end around 4:00 p.m. However, our booking calendar will list the start time for your specific date. If you have booked a “Custom” tour then we will arrange time and place for pickup and drop-off. If you are booking our evening tours, please check our reservation page for the length of that evening’s tour.

Is Gratuity Included In The Tour Price?
Not for our public tours, gratuity is at your discretion and gracefully accepted by your tour guide for a job-well-done. A general rule of thumb is a 10% gratitude or $15 per person.

What If I Need To Cancel My Tour, Am I Charged For The Tour?
All sales are non-refundable, but a “credit voucher” will be issued for your ticket price if you provide us in writing 72-hour notice that you will not be making your tour. We also make it very easy to reschedule your tour at least 72 hours before departure by clicking a link in your TWCE account. Go to My Bookings page and you can cancel or reschedule. No refund for no-show No refund if canceled the day before the tour.
We encourage customers to make cancellation requests through email during the operating hours. We do not take overnight email into consideration and will mark them as received at our opening hour in the morning. Cancellation request by voicemail and text message are not accepted.


What Wineries Do You Visit?
The wineries that we have relationships with can be found on the Wineries page.

How Much Wine Is Served At Each Of The Wineries?
Each winery pours 4-6 one-ounce servings. You select the wines you would like to taste from their list.

 

Is a Pre-Packed Lunch Included?

Yes, included in the price is a pre-packed lunch that can be ordered here. We can also arrange to have lunch at the wineries for an additional fee.

 

Do The Vehicles Have Air-Conditioning?
Yes our tour vans have air-conditioning.

 

How many is a minimum for the wine tour to happen?
We only need to guests for the wine tour to happen.

 

Do You Operate All Year Around?
We operate year-round and in all weather unless we deem it too dangerous for a wine tour.

 

How Many Passengers Fit On Your Buses?
Our Vans accommodates 14 passengers comfortably.
